Things got a little crazy after the video. In Psalm 75 the psalmist gives praise to God but he also points out that God chooses the appropriate time for judgment on His enemies. The wicked indeed have much to fear. In the book of Lamentations Jeremiah opens with “How deserted lies the city, once so full of people.” The war, famine, and plague had decimated rebellious Jerusalem. In Rev. 20 God speaks of the thousand year reign of Christ. The rebellion of mankind at the end of that time. In the New Testament Paul refers to believers who have died as “asleep in the Lord.” At the great White Throne the “dead” will have two witnesses against them. First their works that they thought would gain them access to heaven will be worthless. But the determining factor that throws them into the Lake of Fire is the fact that their name is not written in the Lamb’s book of life.
