Good Tuesday morning. In Psalm 76 it says in Judah God is known. The tent in Salem (Jerusalem) is a reference to the Tabernacle. It remained the focus of worship until Solomon’s temple was finished. God alone is to feared and if they had done that then what happened in Lamentations 2 would not have been pointed out again. Lam. 2:14 “The visions of your prophets are false and worthless; they did not expose your sin to ward off your captivity. The oracles they gave you were false and misleading.” God is very specific as to what He considers sin. Then in Rev. 21 we see the new Jerusalem coming down on the new earth where there is no more death or crying. The city with 12 gates each a single pearl is only for those who are in the Lamb’s book of life. God bless you all.
